If you received a product that’s different from the one you originally ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please email us at yaymusicclub@gmail.com and we’ll get the correct product sent out to you as soon as possible once we have received back the item.

"Do you ship worldwide?"
Yes, we ship internationally and anywhere within the AUSTRALIA (Shipping fees may vary).

"When will my order ship?"
Orders are shipped generally within 3-7 working days. Exclusions apply during sale periods, new product launches, holidays, etc. If your order is part of a pre-order event, the estimate ship date will be displayed on the product page. Transit times will vary depending on shipping chosen at checkout. If you have any questions, please feel free to email yaymusicclub@gmail.com

"Can I track my order?"
Yes! Depending on listed ship date, you should receive an email with your tracking number. Once AusPost updates the shipping status, you can track your order from our warehouse to your door. For pre-order events please note that tracking info is only sent AFTER production is complete and an order has shipped.

"My order says it was delivered, but I never received anything."
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do our best to help you. Contact your local AusPost office; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. Our system automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, but sometimes invalid addresses slip through and becomes undeliverable, so be sure to email us at yaymusicclub@gmail.com ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.
